1. Who we are
Repporti is a brand of NorteCFO LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States (“NorteCFO”, “we”). These terms govern the use of the repporti.com site, the prompt library, the MCP server and the paid plans, from any country. If you don’t agree with them, don’t use the service.
Contact: [legal contact email pending].
2. What Repporti is
Repporti is a library of business reporting prompts. You set up your reporting profile once (country, accounting framework, report language, currency, unit, fiscal year-end and entity size), pick a report, block, chart, theme or dashboard, and copy the text compiled according to the Repporti Standard to paste it into your own AI tool (for example, ChatGPT or Claude) together with your files.
- Repporti doesn’t run the AI for you and never receives your figures: there is no field to upload trial balances or financial files.
- Our server delivers the prompt text and checks your plan. The reporting profile contains no figures.
- The Repporti Standard covers the countries and frameworks listed on its page. If your country or framework doesn’t have its own profile yet, the prompt uses the base framework and asks you before assuming anything local.
- AI tools belong to third parties and are governed by their own terms. Repporti is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft or Google.
3. Your account
- You can create your account with an email and password or sign in with Google or Microsoft. You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
- An account belongs to one person. On the Firm plan, each seat is personal.
- To handle an issue you report, authorized support staff may view the platform as you see it. This is logged and never includes your figures, which we don’t store.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the license, notifying you whenever possible.
4. Plans, prices and payments
- The price list is stated in US dollars (USD).
- Depending on your country, a regional price by bands may apply. We show you the approximate amount in your currency as a reference, with the exchange-rate source and date. Only the price changes: access and license are the same.
- Payment will take place on our own page, through the payment processor’s form (planned: Stripe) embedded in it. You’re charged in USD or, where the processor offers it, in your local currency at the rate it shows you before you confirm. Your card details are handled directly by the processor; we never see them.
- Applicable taxes are shown before you pay. [tax treatment by country pending tax review]
- Demo mode. While payments aren’t active, checkout runs in demo mode: it creates your order and your access without charging anything, and says so on screen (“Demo mode: no charge was made”). When we switch on the payment processor, we’ll announce it in the Changelog and update these terms.
5. Discount codes
- You enter the code on our own payment page. Each code shows its conditions: eligible plans, validity, remaining uses and whether it’s for first purchases only.
- One code applies per purchase; codes can’t be combined or exchanged for cash.
- The final price never goes below a minimum per plan unless the code expressly says so.
- We may deactivate a code if we detect abuse or resale; purchases already confirmed are honored.
6. Fair use
- Monthly plan: up to 10 new premium items per week (Monday to Sunday, UTC−5). Reopening an item you already unlocked doesn’t count.
- Annual, Lifetime and Firm plans: no weekly cap, with an automatic brake on bulk-download patterns.
- Without an account you can copy one free item; with a free account, all free items without limits.
7. License
Use of the prompts is governed by the Repporti license: unlimited personal and client use, in any country; reselling or redistributing the prompts is forbidden.
8. Nature of the results
- Supporting draft; it does not replace your accountant, statutory auditor or external auditor. Repporti produces management reports, not certified financial statements or accounting, tax or legal advice.
- You review, decide and are responsible for what you deliver to your clients or your company. Statutory financial statements are signed by the people each country’s law designates.
- We don’t control your AI tool’s behavior. The controls seal is only issued by the
cuadre.pyscript when it runs; if it doesn’t run, the report must say “NOT VERIFIED”.
9. Guarantee, refunds and cancellation
Your first payment carries a 14-day guarantee under the terms of the guarantee and refund policy. You can cancel the Monthly plan at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NorteCFO’s total liability to you for the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing here limits rights that the law of your country doesn’t allow to be limited. [final wording pending legal review]
11. Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll publish the new version with its date and note it in the Changelog. Material changes are announced by email.
12. Governing law
[governing law and jurisdiction to be defined in the legal review]. In any case, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user’s country of residence are respected.
