Guarantee and refunds

1. Repporti 14-day guarantee

Your first payment on any plan (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime or Firm) is fully refunded if:

• you request it within 14 calendar days of the payment, and
• your account has copied or downloaded 10 premium items or fewer in that time.

We return the money within 30 calendar days at most, through the same payment method and in the same currency you paid in.

2. Renewals

• Annual and annual Firm: we email you 7 days before renewing. If the renewal is charged and you ask for a refund within the following 14 days without having copied any premium item since, we refund it.
• Monthly: renewals aren’t refunded, but you cancel with one click and keep access until the end of the period.

3. Our mistakes

A duplicate charge, a wrong amount or access that wasn’t delivered is always refunded, no conditions.

4. Your statutory rights prevail

This guarantee is in addition to the rights your country’s law gives you, which we never make conditional. For example:

• European Union and United Kingdom: a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, with the exceptions the law provides for digital content.
• Brazil: a 7-day right of regret for purchases made outside a store (Consumer Protection Code, art. 49).
• Mexico: a right of revocation for distance sales (Federal Consumer Protection Law).
• Colombia: a right of withdrawal for distance sales (Law 1480 of 2011, art. 47) and payment reversal (art. 51).

5. While checkout is in demo mode

Today checkout runs in demo mode: it activates your access without charging anything and says so on screen. Since nothing is charged, there’s nothing to refund. This policy will apply to every real payment from the day payments are switched on.

6. How to request a refund

Write from your account email to [legal contact email pending] with the order. If you meet the conditions, we approve it with no further questions; if not, a person reviews it within 2 business days.
