Report glossary
The appendix with the terms, acronyms and indicators that appear in your report, with the Standard's name in the report language, a plain definition, the formula the report used and its value.
For readers who are not finance people or who read in another country: every term the report uses, defined in one line, with the exact formula applied and this month's value. Below it, the acronyms and the notation conventions (actual, budget, prior year, pp, «—», N/A).
The prompt counts in code which terms really appear in the report and leaves the rest out: no generic glossaries. Names come from the Repporti Standard for the report's language and variant, so the same report in another country uses its terms.
It also reviews the report: if it names one concept in two ways or uses a term the Standard prohibits, it lists it under «To fix in the report». It never completes a formula with the «usual» one: if it is not stated, it stays «[to be confirmed]».
What it includes

What it checks before writing a single figure
C1Complete data: the indicators table has recognized headers, numeric figures, no duplicate ids and valid units.
C2Income statement subtotals add up to their lines (N/A if the indicators table has no subtotals).
C3Sign convention: costs and expenses with a single sign.
C4Every value in the «In this report» column exists in calculo.json with the same rounding.

Repporti Standard
It comes out adapted to your report profile
Compatible with every country and framework in the Standard: when you copy, it is composed with your profile (country, accounting framework, report language, currency, unit and year-end). Terminology, number format and statement names come from the Standard, not from the prompt.

From the trial balance to the report in three steps
- 01Configure and copy
- 02Paste into your AI
- 03Review and deliver
Anonymize before pasting
- Company name → an alias (“Client 07”); tax ID → “ID-XX”.
- Customers, suppliers and employees → codes (C001, P001, E001). The mapping table stays on your computer.
- Use an AI that does not train on your data: business plan, API or training turned off.

Questions
About this block
Which terms are included?
Only those that appear in your report: the prompt counts them in code. Standard terms the report does not use are left out.
What if my report uses another name for a concept?
The glossary uses the Standard's name for your language and variant, shows the report's name in brackets and flags it to be harmonized.
Where do the formulas come from?
From the figures table («definicion» column) or from the report itself. If a formula is not stated, it stays «[to be confirmed]»; the prompt does not fill it in with the «usual» version.
