Receivables aging chart
Stacked bars by aging bucket and customer, with the total per bucket, the % past due and the % over 90 days, reconciled to the balance sheet.
The chart that answers how much of accounts receivable is past due, in which bucket and with which customers: one bar per customer (by code, never by name) split into current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days, with the total per bucket, the % past due and the % over 90 days alongside.
Before drawing, the script checks that each customer's buckets add up to its balance, that customers add up to the total and that the total matches accounts receivable on the balance sheet. If anything does not tie, it stops and shows the difference: it does not reclassify documents or adjust balances. Credit balances (credit notes, unapplied advances) go separately, in the note.
It delivers the native Excel chart with the customer × bucket matrix in formulas and a Control sheet, the PNG and SVG for Word or PowerPoint, and the alt text. The title says what share is over 90 days and where it concentrates, and the kit checks every figure.

Controls 4/4
What it checks before writing a single figure
C1Complete data: recognized headers, numeric figures, no repeated customers or buckets.
C2Income statement subtotals tie if the table includes them (N/A for an aging).
C3Sign convention: costs and expenses with a single sign.
C4Figures in the title, subtitle, note and alt text traceable to calculo.json, and a title consistent with the key figure.

Questions
About this chart
Can I paste the aging by invoice?
Yes. The AI groups by customer, computes days past due from the cut-off date and shows you the summary before drawing.
What if my buckets are different (0–15, 16–45…)?
The file's buckets are kept, in their order, with the same color scale from least to most overdue.
What happens to credit notes or unapplied advances?
They stay in their bucket so totals tie, but they are not drawn inside the bars: the note says how much they add up to.
What if my AI cannot run code?
It delivers the matrix with formulas and the steps to build the chart in Excel, and the footer says «NOT VERIFIED».
