Orion · 13-week cash flow
A direct, week-by-week projection of collections, payments, payroll and taxes, with a minimum balance, weeks at risk, quantified levers and the opening balance reconciled to the bank.
Projects cash for the next 13 weeks using the direct method: collections from receivables by due date and your customers' actual payment lag, supplier payments, payroll, employer social charges, employee benefits, taxes, debt and capex. Each week shows opening balance, inflows, outflows, closing balance and headroom over the minimum.
It answers one question: in which week cash drops below the minimum, by how much and what can be moved. The levers come from the calculation (non-critical payments, capex and overdue collections in the weeks at risk), not generic advice, and it never invents new sales or tax dates: it asks for them.
It starts from a reconciled opening balance: bank plus reconciling items equals book cash. It is updated weekly: week 1 becomes actual and the Excel file includes an Actual_vs_Forecast sheet to measure accuracy.
What it includes
5 sections, in this order
- 01Summary: lowest-balance week, headroom, weeks at risk and net flow
- 02Chart of the 13 weekly closing balances against the minimum balance
- 0313-week table by cash-flow line
- 04Risks and decisions: quantified levers with an owner and a date
- 05Assumptions and bank reconciliation of the opening balance
Controls 5/5
What it checks before writing a single figure
C1Reconciled opening balance: bank + reconciling items = book cash (N/A if you do not attach the trial balance).
C2Complete data with no double counting: valid categories and signs, dates within the horizon, third parties as codes and no collection or payment repeated with receivables or payables.
C3Weekly continuity: opening + inflows − outflows = closing, and each closing balance is the next week's opening.
C4Cross totals: the sum by line, the sum by week and the change in balance match; collections do not exceed receivables and payments do not exceed payables.
C5Traceable figures: every figure in the Word file exists in calculo.json with the same rounding.

Questions
About this report
What goes in partidas.csv?
Everything that moves cash and is not in receivables or payables: payroll, social charges, employee benefits, taxes, rent, debt, capex, cash sales and expected new sales, with date, amount and recurrence.
How is each customer's payment timing estimated?
Due date plus a lag in days. If you don't give one, the script uses the weighted average days late of your overdue receivables and states it as an assumption.
How do I update it every week?
Run it again with the new bank balances, receivables and payables. The previous week 1 moves to the Actual_vs_Forecast sheet to measure the difference.
Does it work in any country?
Yes. You set up your reporting profile once (country, framework, report language, currency, unit and year-end) and the prompt comes out with the Repporti Standard for that profile: terms, statements, number format and country pitfalls. The report core is the same everywhere.
