Arcturus · 12-month cash forecast
In which month cash drops below the minimum, by how much and in each scenario, with the assumptions in plain view and the decision to take before then.
Forecasts cash month by month with the direct method: collections from sales and collection days, payments from cost, inventory and payment days, operating expenses and every dated commitment (capex, debt, taxes, bonuses). You get a base case and a downside case, each with its lowest-cash month, the headroom against your minimum balance and the funding need.
Before forecasting, your AI reconciles the opening balance with the trial balance and checks that the assumptions are complete and within range and that every commitment has a coherent date, category and sign; if something fails, it stops and asks. It never assumes a new loan or defers taxes or salaries on its own: it presents them as options to decide.
Delivers a 5-page Word file and an Excel workbook with the assumptions in input cells: change one and see the new lowest-cash month. The Repporti kit checks that every figure in the Word file exists in the calculation before it prints the seal. Terms and format come from the Repporti Standard for your country, framework and language.

Controls 6/6
What it checks before writing a single figure
C1Reconciled opening balance: cash in the trial balance matches its accounts and, if provided, the banks plus reconciling items.
C2Complete history: 12 consecutive months ending at the cut-off, with revenue and cost of sales in every month.
C3Valid assumptions and commitments: every driver in every scenario and within range; commitments inside the horizon, with a coherent category and sign and no duplicates.
C4Continuity and identities on the Control sheet: closing = opening + net flow, each closing balance is the next month's opening, and collections and payments reconcile with receivables and payables.
C5Figures table valid for the kit: numeric values, no repeated lines, valid units and outflows with a single sign (cuadre.py validar).
C6Traceable figures: every figure in the Word file exists in calculo.json with the same rounding (cuadre.py verificar).

Repporti Standard
It comes out adapted to your report profile
Compatible with every country and framework in the Standard: when you copy, it is composed with your profile (country, accounting framework, report language, currency, unit and year-end). Terminology, number format and statement names come from the Standard, not from the prompt.

Questions
About this report
Where do forecast sales come from?
From the same month of the prior year times each scenario's growth, so seasonality is kept. If you attach your sales budget, it governs the base case.
What if I have no supuestos.csv?
The AI proposes assumptions from history (last month's days and margin, 0% growth) and asks you to confirm them before forecasting. Every assumption is written into the report.
Does it include the loan I plan to request?
No, unless it is approved and you load it as a commitment. The report shows the funding need and the options to cover it; it never takes a loan for granted.
What about my country's taxes?
Names come from your profile's Standard, but you give the dates and amounts as commitments: the AI asks for them and does not assume them.
How is it different from the 13-week cash flow?
This one looks 12 months ahead by month to decide investment and financing; the 13-week one looks week by week to decide payments and collections. They work together.
