Andromeda · Quarterly board pack
The 12-to-15-slide deck for the board: how the quarter closed, what cash and debt say, which risks changed and what the board needs to decide today.
Turns monthly results and the balance sheet at each quarter end into a PowerPoint for the board: key messages and decisions in the first 3 slides, quarterly results against budget, prior quarter and prior year, year to date, the quarter's cash flow, working capital, debt and coverage, risks, follow-up on actions and decisions with their calculated impact.
Before calculating, your AI checks that the balance sheet balances at every cut-off and that the change in cash equals operating, investing and financing cash flows; if anything fails, it stops and asks. It checks the status management reports for each action against the data and shows both if they differ.
Decisions and offers come only from management's notes: the AI calculates instalments, interest, pro forma net debt and covenants, but never recommends on management's behalf or invents risks. EBITDA and net debt are labelled as alternative measures and reconciled, with the terms of the Repporti Standard for your country, framework and language.

Controls 6/6
What it checks before writing a single figure
C1Complete periods: the 12 months ending with the quarter, including the quarter and the prior one, with no repeated or missing months.
C2Balance sheet balanced at every cut-off: assets = liabilities + equity + profit for the year, and that profit is the sum of the year's months.
C3Cash continuity: the change in cash between cut-offs equals operating, investing and financing cash flows.
C4Actions checked: the status management reports is compared with the data and, if they differ, both are shown.
C5Figures table valid for the kit: numeric values, no repeated lines, costs with a single sign and income statement subtotals that add up in every comparison (cuadre.py validar).
C6Traceable figures: every figure in the PowerPoint (and the memo) exists in calculo.json with the same rounding (cuadre.py verificar).

Repporti Standard
It comes out adapted to your report profile
Compatible with every country and framework in the Standard: when you copy, it is composed with your profile (country, accounting framework, report language, currency, unit and year-end). Terminology, number format and statement names come from the Standard, not from the prompt.

Anonymize before pasting
- Company name → an alias (“Client 07”); tax ID → “ID-XX”.
- Customers, suppliers and employees → codes (C001, P001, E001). The mapping table stays on your computer.
- Use an AI that does not train on your data: business plan, API or training turned off.

Questions
About this report
Can I use it if the company has no budget?
Yes. The budget columns disappear and the quarter is compared with the prior quarter and the same quarter last year. The gap is stated under «Limitations».
What if the governing body has another name?
The AI asks what it is called (board of directors, supervisory board, management board) and uses that name throughout. If you don't say, it uses «board».
Does the AI recommend which loan offer to take?
No. It calculates the instalment, first-year interest, own cash needed, pro forma net debt and covenant compliance for each offer. A recommendation only appears if management wrote one in notas.txt.
What if management reports an action as done and the data say otherwise?
The AI asks before going on and, on the actions slide, shows the reported status and the status according to the data side by side.
What if my AI cannot run code?
It switches to no-code mode: it builds the Excel file with formulas and a Control sheet, and the cover and footer say «NOT VERIFIED». You can run cuadre.py on your computer and get the seal later.
