Report · REP-014 · v1.0
Aldebaran · Bank loan application package
The memo the bank's relationship manager takes to the credit committee: what the money is for, where repayment comes from, how much the company can take if things go worse and what security backs it.
Turns 2 or 3 years of financial statements, the interim statements at the cut-off, existing debt and management's projection into a 9-to-10-page memo: application letter, the application on one page, historical performance, cash flow, sources and uses of funds, repayment capacity with historical and projected debt service coverage (DSCR), with a stress case, existing debt, security and risks.
Before calculating, your AI checks that every balance sheet balances, that equity ties to profit and dividends, that cash ties to the cash flow and that the loan's amortisation schedule adds up to the amount; if anything fails, it stops and asks. The Excel file has the schedule instalment by instalment with formulas, so the bank's analyst can rebuild every ratio.
It never hides weaknesses: if a ratio misses the bank's reference, page 2 says so with its cause and the projected figure. It does not invent security, terms or bank or country requirements, and it labels the projection as management's. Terms and format come from the Repporti Standard for your country, framework and language.

Controls 6/6
What it checks before writing a single figure
C1Balanced statements: for every year and cut-off, assets = liabilities + equity + profit for the year.
C2Continuity: closing equity = opening + profit − dividends; change in cash = operating + investing + financing flows; the interim statements match the trial balance at the cut-off.
C3Debt: existing debt adds up to the loans at the cut-off, and the loan's amortisation schedule adds up to the amount and ends at 0.
C4Reasonable projection: annual revenue growth up to 15% and EBITDA margin up to the historical maximum + 3 pp; otherwise the AI asks before going on.
C5Figures table valid for the kit: numeric values, no repeated lines, costs with a single sign and income statement subtotals that add up (cuadre.py validar).
C6Traceable figures: every figure in the Word file exists in calculo.json with the same rounding (cuadre.py verificar).

Questions
About this report
What if I only have 2 closed years?
It works the same with 2 years plus the interim statements; the third is stated under «Limitations». Banks usually ask for 2 or 3: check with your relationship manager.
Does the AI know which documents my bank asks for?
No. The appendix lists the documents banks usually ask for, marked «confirm with the bank». The AI does not state requirements for any bank or country.
What if I have no projection?
The package comes out with historical and 12-month pro forma coverage, without projected coverage, and the gap is stated. If you provide the projection, it is labelled «management's» and also run under stress.
What does it do if a ratio misses what the bank requires?
It shows it on page 2 with its measurable cause and the projected figure. Hiding a weakness is the quickest way to get an application turned down.
What if my AI cannot run code?
It switches to no-code mode: it builds the Excel file with formulas (the schedule with PMT, IPMT and PPMT) and a Control sheet, and the Word footer says «NOT VERIFIED». You can run cuadre.py on your computer and get the seal later.
