Sober consulting
Navy, graphite and a single accent, with Office-safe type and IBCS notation: the default theme of every Repporti prompt.
A financial reporting theme for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI: actuals in solid graphite, budget outlined, prior year in grey and forecast hatched; green and red only for variances, and one accent for each page's key figure.
The prompt generates the Word template (.dotx), the Excel template (.xltx) with cell styles for figures, percentages and variances, the PowerPoint template (.potx) and the Power BI JSON theme, or applies the theme to a report you already have without changing a single figure. Before building, it measures the contrast of every colour pair in code.
The kit includes the ready-made files: theme tokens, the Office theme XML, the Power BI JSON and the contrast table. Number formats follow the Repporti Standard in your profile.

What it checks before writing a single figure
C1WCAG contrast measured in code: text ≥ 4.5:1 and graphic elements ≥ 3:1, or the declared compensation (outline and direct label).
C2Favourable and unfavourable are distinguishable: ΔE CIE76 ≥ 30, plus sign and ▲▼.

Repporti Standard
It comes out adapted to your report profile
Compatible with every country and framework in the Standard: when you copy, it is composed with your profile (country, accounting framework, report language, currency, unit and year-end). Terminology, number format and statement names come from the Standard, not from the prompt.

- Company name → an alias (“Client 07”); tax ID → “ID-XX”.
- Customers, suppliers and employees → codes (C001, P001, E001). The mapping table stays on your computer.

Questions
About this theme
Does it work if my Office lacks Aptos?
Yes. The theme declares Calibri and Arial as fallbacks; the prompt asks what you have and uses the first one available.
Do the report prompts already use it?
Yes: it is the default theme of every report, block and chart. If you choose another theme, attach its tokens and the prompt uses those colours with the same notation.
Can applying it change my figures?
No. When applied to a report, the prompt compares every figure before and after; if a single one differs, it stops and shows you which.
