The monthly management report the business owner reads in ten minutes: what happened, why, and what needs a decision.
Turns the month's trial balance into a 7-page report for the owner: 5 KPIs against budget and prior year, results for the month, cash and liquidity, receivables by age and the decisions being asked for, each with an owner and a date.
Every figure comes from a deterministic script (cuadre.py) or a live Excel formula. If the trial balance does not balance, the AI stops, shows the difference and asks: it never forces a balance or invents causes. Anything management did not explain in notas.txt stays as «[cause to be confirmed]».
Delivers a Word file you export to PDF and an Excel workbook with Data, Mapping, Calculation, Control and Charts sheets, using the terms, statements and number format of the Repporti Standard for your country, framework and language. Finally, the script checks that every figure in the Word file exists in the calculation, and only then prints the seal.

What it checks before writing a single figure
C1The trial balance balances: debits = credits, balances net to 0 and there are no duplicate accounts.
C2Continuity by account: opening balance + debits − credits = closing balance.
C3Signs by line item: assets carry debit balances and liabilities credit balances; otherwise, reclassify.
C4Hierarchy and mapping: subtotals equal the sum of their detail accounts and 100% of detail accounts are mapped (by the reference chart or by the «rubro» column).
C5Traceable figures: every figure in the Word file (and the PowerPoint) exists in calculo.json with the same rounding.

Anonymize before pasting

Questions
About this report
Can I use it if the company has no budget yet?
Yes. Budget comparisons are skipped, their columns disappear and the gap is stated under «Limitations».
What if the trial balance uses a different sign convention?
The script detects whether it is signed (debit +) or by nature and states it before calculating. If a line item ends up with the opposite sign, control 3 fails and the report stops until you decide how to reclassify.
What if my AI cannot run code?
The prompt switches to no-code mode: it builds the Excel file with formulas and a Control sheet, and the Word footer says «NOT VERIFIED». You can run cuadre.py on your computer and get the seal later.
What if my chart of accounts is not the reference one?
Add a «rubro» column to the trial balance with the ID of each detail account (ING, CV, GADM, GVEN, CLI, PROV…): it overrides the account code. The AI proposes it from the account names and asks you to confirm before calculating.
Can it come out in another language for the parent company?
Yes: change the report language in your profile (for example, English). Terms and format switch to that language and to the framework you chose.
