The table that closes the report: what will be done, who will do it and by when, with the source of each action (the risk, decision or finding behind it). Below it, follow-up of the previous report: no action disappears without saying whether it closed, is still open, is overdue or changed date.

Status is computed in code against the issue date: an open action with a past date is «overdue» even if the file says «in progress», and a date that changed is shown next to the original. Actions with no owner, no date or no verifiable result are listed separately with what they are missing.

The prompt does not invent actions, owners or dates: anything missing is «[to be confirmed]». The Excel file it delivers is the basis for the next report.

What it checks before writing a single figure

What is an overdue action?

An action that is neither closed nor cancelled and whose committed date is earlier than the report's issue date. The prompt computes it in code even if the file says «in progress».

What happens to last month's actions?

They all appear in the follow-up with their outcome: closed with date and evidence, open, overdue, rescheduled (with the original date) or cancelled with its reason.

Do I need figures?

Only if an action cites a figure (a target, a balance). Then it goes in the figures table and the script checks that the text does not change it. With no figures, the section comes out as «NOT VERIFIED».
