Pegasus · Monthly performance report for an agency client
The 8-slide deck the agency presents to its client every month: how much was spent, what each channel brought according to the client's analytics, how it tracks against targets and what happens next month.
Turns the ad platforms' export and the store's or CRM's analytics into an 8-slide PowerPoint: the month in 3 figures, results by channel against budget and CPA and ROAS targets, funnel, campaigns, a 13-month trend, learnings and next steps with an owner and a date.
Before calculating, your AI reconciles spend with the media invoices and checks that the analytics add up to the store's totals; if something fails, it stops and asks. Results come from the client's analytics, not from what each platform claims: the platforms' excess is shown in % and never added up.
No adjectives without figures, no invented industry averages and no claims that ads «caused» sales: whatever last-click attribution cannot support is stated as a limitation. Figures and dates use the Repporti Standard format of your profile, in the language you choose.
What it includes
6 sections, in this order
- 01Cover and the month in 3 figures: spend, attributed orders and ROAS against target
- 02Results by channel against budget, targets and prior month
- 03Funnel by channel and results by campaign
- 0413-month trend with the store's revenue
- 05Learnings with figures and sources, and next steps with an owner and a date
- 06Appendix: definitions, attribution, reconciliations and controls
Controls 6/6
What it checks before writing a single figure
C1Complete data: a single month, no repeated campaigns, clicks ≤ impressions and orders ≤ sessions in every channel.
C2Reconciled spend: platform spend adds up to the month's media invoices (N/A without invoices).
C3Attribution without double counting: analytics add up to the store's totals, paid channels never exceed them and the platforms' excess is reported in %.
C4CPA or ROAS jumps above 50% and measurement changes: the AI asks and states them as a limitation.
C5Figures table valid for the kit: numeric values, no repeated lines and valid units (cuadre.py validar).
C6Traceable figures: every figure in the PowerPoint exists in calculo.json with the same rounding (cuadre.py verificar).

Repporti Standard
It comes out adapted to your report profile
Compatible with every country and framework in the Standard: when you copy, it is composed with your profile (country, accounting framework, report language, currency, unit and year-end). Terminology, number format and statement names come from the Standard, not from the prompt.

Questions
About this report
Why doesn't it use the conversions each platform reports?
Because each platform claims the sale with its own rule and the same purchase gets counted two or three times. The report uses the client's store or CRM analytics and shows, in %, how much the platforms over-attribute.
Does it work if my client measures leads, not sales?
Yes. Swap orders for leads: CPA becomes cost per lead and, without revenue, ROAS shows as «N/A». Everything else works the same.
Does the AI invent recommendations?
No. Next steps come from your notes (the agency's proposals) and each one carries its estimated impact from the month's figures, flagged as an estimate, with an owner and a date.
Is the agency fee included in ROAS?
No. ROAS is calculated on media spend. If you want to show the client's total cost, the fee goes on a separate line.
What if my AI cannot run code?
It switches to no-code mode: it builds the Excel file with formulas and a Control sheet, and the cover and footer say «NOT VERIFIED». You can run cuadre.py on your computer and get the seal later.
