Cash and treasury
Balances by bank reconciled to the books, 12 months of cash, a 13-week forecast with the weeks below the minimum and actual against forecast, in Excel and for Power BI.
The dashboard for the weekly cash meeting: how much cash there really is and where it sits, whether it lasts the next 13 weeks and how well the team forecast the month just closed. It shows the position by account and bank with the statement-to-books reconciliation, 12 months of cash followed by the weekly forecast, the labeled minimum balance, inflows and outflows by week and forecast accuracy by category.
Before building anything, the script checks that banks + cash on hand + reconciling items equal cash in the books, that the forecast starts from that balance, that every week closes (opening + inflows − outflows) and that the closed month explains the move from one balance to the next. If something does not tie, it stops and asks: it does not invent reconciling items or rounding adjustments.
It delivers the Excel workbook with the screen, data, calculation in live formulas and a Control sheet, and a Power BI folder with the model in CSV, the DAX measures, the JSON theme and the layout guide. Banks appear as codes, never with account numbers.

Controls 4/4
What it checks before writing a single figure
C1Complete data: recognized headers, numeric figures, no repeated accounts or categories and valid units.
C2Income statement subtotals tie if the table includes them (N/A for treasury; the dashboard script checks the reconciliation and the 13 weeks).
C3Sign convention: inflows and outflows with a single sign.
C4Figures in the headline, alerts, notes and alt texts traceable to calculo.json.

Questions
About this dashboard
Does the AI build the 13-week forecast?
No. It uses the one you give it (for example, the one from REP-008 Orion). The dashboard presents it, joins it to actual cash and measures its accuracy.
What if the banks do not reconcile to the books?
It stops and shows the difference. You need to bring the missing item (uncleared check, deposit in transit, unrecorded fee); it never invents one.
Do I have to show account numbers?
No, and you should not: banks and accounts appear as codes (B01-CTE, B02-CTE…).
Does it work with several currencies?
Yes, if each balance comes converted to the reporting currency with its exchange rate in the note. The dashboard does not look up exchange rates on its own.
